Website या platform का उपयोग करके user इन terms, privacy policy और refund policy से सहमत होता है।
Eligibility and Accurate Information
User को सही identity और business information देनी होगी। False, misleading या third-party details के misuse पर account suspend या terminate किया जा सकता है।
Permitted Use
Services केवल lawful purpose, applicant consent और applicable rules के अनुसार उपयोग की जा सकती हैं। Duplicate PAN facilitation, unauthorised data lookup, document forgery, OTP/biometric misuse या identity theft सख्त रूप से prohibited है।
No Government Affiliation
हम independent private service platform हैं। हम किसी government department की official website नहीं हैं और approval, issuance या processing time control नहीं करते।
Charges
Applicable fee payment से पहले दिखाई जाएगी। Service-provider या statutory charges बदल सकते हैं और dashboard पर updated amount लागू होगा।
Account Suspension
Fraud, chargeback abuse, policy violation, misleading documents या unlawful activity की स्थिति में access रोका जा सकता है।
Limitation
Third-party portal downtime, authority rejection, incorrect customer document या force majeure से हुई delay के लिए platform की liability लागू कानून की सीमा तक सीमित होगी।
